Trying to save a bit of money, I hired a different contractor first to build-out my Operating Room. Unfortunately, the first contractor left a mess. The walls were finished uneven, the wiring was not up to code and several other items were substandard. Trace and his team at Ocean View did a miraculous job of completing the build-out and fixing the issues superbly.
